This is so much more than another deal for us; it’s a chance to help you personally. Give us a chance to showcase our integrity by treating your situation with honesty, respect, and direct communication. We are not “flippers” or “investors” looking to pay pennies on the dollar. We also offer options as well such as listing on market for you and help arrange property renovations if needed. We are local new yorkers with families and we focus on buying rental properties. This allows us to make fair market value offers based on comparable sales and needed repairs. On average we are purchasing 10-20 properties per year.
Our Founder, Stephen Perez
If you call ZHB to sell a house 9/10 times he’s who you’ll get to meet with. Stephen is a Baruch College Graduate and lives in the Hudson Valley with his beautiful wife Lauren and yellow lab Oscar. He is a people person, loves to meet new people, and is an extremely talented improviser. He specializes in creating mutually beneficial transactions with homeowners. He comes from a small town community in Westchester NY where his folks still live.
